Swedish Massage (60 minutes, $95) is a classic massage using long, smooth strokes to relax muscles, improve circulation, and reduce tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Deep Tissue Massage ($135) targets deeper muscle layers to relieve chronic pain, muscle tension, and stiffness, making it ideal for addressing persistent muscle issues and chronic discomfort.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses gentle pressure and rhythmic strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system, reduce swelling, and promote detoxification. We offer 30-minute sessions ($65) focusing on specific areas to reduce fluid retention, and 60-minute sessions ($105) for comprehensive lymphatic system stimulation and improved circulation.
Hot Stone Massage (60 minutes, $95) uses heated stones placed on key points of the body to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation.
